Multi-functional aqueous solution 'SEA'S7' that supports cleaning, degreasing, rust prevention, and circulation water management with a single liquid.

SEA'S7 is a multifunctional aqueous solution developed based on materials derived from scallop shells and water from the foothills of Mount Fuji. It is characterized by its ability to address multiple challenges that arise in manufacturing environments with a single liquid, without the use of VOCs, including cleaning, degreasing, rust prevention, deodorization, disinfection, and circulating water management. In addition to removing machining oils, cutting oils, and rust prevention oils adhered to metal parts, molds, jigs, and equipment, it can also be used to suppress odors and decay from water-soluble coolants, as well as improve the water quality of chiller circulating water and cooling towers. Various application methods can be selected to match existing equipment, including ultrasonic cleaning, immersion, spraying, and circulation. It is not subject to PRTR regulations, and a primary skin irritation test confirmed it to be non-irritating. By reducing the use of solvents and chemicals, waste liquid, and work burden, it contributes to improving the working environment, equipment maintenance, and reducing environmental impact and GX (Green Transformation).
